For anyone staying at Ronald McDonald House in Camden, NJ...

Please don't leave the building, especially at night for any reason.

Camden is the 2nd most unsafe city in the country and just yesterday their police force was cut in half and their firefighters cut as well. They have a volunteer militia walking the streets now and who knows what's going to be going on now that everyone knows the police are gone.

Ronald Mcdonald House is a beautiful and very safe place and it's in a locked and gated building - so you are fine in there - but please just stay put there and don't wander out.
