Clinical Trials for Pain Control in San Francisco Area

Hello All,
I posted about this study taking place at Stanford University on the "RSD vs BPI" link a week ago or so. I am currently trying to get enrolled in the trails and wanted to give the heads up to any one else on the West coast that might be interested. Their first study had up to a 64% reduction in pain, and it's a drug free bio-feedback study that does a minimal compensation for participation. Hell, I'd pay to try it out...

info on trails is at bottom of page...

actual location & company financing trails
http://www.omneuron.com/technology.html

if anyone else is interested, contact them soon, trails start in January

Happy Painfree Holidays to all!
Chris

wow, Chris, this looks like a very interesting study.

Bravo to you for volunteering and I sure hope it proves to be an effective pain manager.

I hope you get accepted.

Will be starting rtMRI Pain Trails at Stanford on Friday. I will keep everyone posted how it goes. I'm doing a 'fast track' version. Everyday for a week & a half at a few hours each time. Should be interesting at very least!

Everyone have a great New Years Eve!

Chris

Hello All,

I've been in the study here at Stanford for a week and have about five more sessions to go. So far it's been great. I don't want to give a full report on it, which I will I promise, till I'm done. Don't want to jinx myself and don't want to mislead anyone till I've been led or misled myself.

Listen to this National Public Radio 'realplayer' link below and it will give you a clearer image of what the trials entail. Only 5 minutes long.

Best of Luck to All,
Chris

Sweetcharlie... sent you the file you couldn't download, really just more of the same that's already on that site, but still worth the read.
