She did mine 11 months ago, now I have elbow flextion and extension both against gravity and can lift 10 pounds. Shoulder movement. I am continuing to improve.

and make sure you are getting enough protein. Maybe start taking a protein supplement like wey powder

Hi Dy,
I bought a manual car 3 months before my accident. I traded cars with my parents for their automatic. One year later I had enough recovery to be able to shift again and I traded back.

I went back home to Portland about 5 days after the surgery and started PT about 4-5 weeks later. I had to wait for a bunch of the muscles to heal after the operation.

You should really give acupuncture and massage a try. I do both. Acupuncture 2x/week and massage every other week.
