I know this may sound crazy but try getting a proper cork not artificial and put it in your hand. Some one told me the other day it really works. I'd love to know if it works for you. Keep it in your bed when you sleep. Good luck

Have you some one who is serving overseas. It is a great idea I hope you get some responses. Unfortuantely I lost my husband as a reuslt of concer last year and am doing it tough so am unable to afford helping at this time. I wish you luck.
