Re: Botox

Just want to keep this at the top so others can post about their Botox experiences. I'm interested in hearing them as we're considering Botox for my daughter. Thanks.

Re: Birth manuvers for reducing shoulder Dystocia

Kath,

Great article from Ina May Gaskin. She's always been a fighter for "normal vaginal delivery". It's nice to see there's evidence based on research showing the Gasking manuever does really work to relieve an impacted shoulder dystocia. Hooray!

Re: Anyone from NY State?

<r>Hi lenny34. We're close to Utica. In fact, whenever I want to go grocery shopping or such, we have to drive to Utica because that's really the only option for us. I'd love to chat with you since I don't know anyone around who has a child with BPI like my daughter. <br/> <br/> The doctor in Syracu...

Re: Using her left hand...

That is so wonderful! It's amazing how kids can adapt. It's worrisome that simple items may or may not be an issue as a child grows up. Good for her!

Re: I'm new with an 8 week old baby boy

<r>Hi Jennie. I'm Tanya, mother of Amber who is almost 19 months old with ROBPI. I'm so sorry to hear how your little one is handling all of this. I agree that there can be pain involved with this injury. BUT, keep doing those ROM exercises! That can't be stressed enough. We're at a stage where Ambe...

Hi, Dawn. I also live in NY State (near Syracuse). I haven't heard of any picnics scheduled, but if I hear of one, I'll post it.
