To treat osteoporosis in the arm, I am taking (orthopaedist prescription) Idéos (calcium carbonate) and Fosamax 70grms (sodium). I make a control of osteoporosis every year, an I see good results.

I can just with help of an orto, that have a elbow locker. It can be made by any protese shop (a shop that made proteses for amputies), in carbon or plastic, and after several trys.

I have all avultion right bpi. Made nerve graft to bicepe. I made shoulder fusion, and litle fusion in the pulse. I have no movements, only litle contration on bicipe.
