New here and glad to find a support group

Post by tjt3 »

Hi! My daughter was born in 2015 with OBPI. She had surgery in May 2016. She's in therapy twice a week and making progress. I know we have a long road ahead, and it can be stressful and discouraging at times. I'm glad to have found this group to lean on for support.

I am glad you found us,
The best way to find help, when you can is to go to a UBPN camp.
You can talk to other parents who are or going threw the same experience.
When your child get older and can meet other kids with these limiation.
The feeling of being alone with these limiation go away.
Shareing there experances will encourage others to try. It will also, in sharing help in overcoming the limation they learn to do.
I was born in the 50,s with erbs injurys.
Sometimes it better in person than posting.
Just thinking
