I met Tim online awhile back. I learned to fly fish about 10 years ago. How long have you been fly fishing? Do you use any of the semi automatic fly reels when you fish? I have been writing a blog about fishing in the greater NYC area. It is not about BPI as much as it is about more than one hundred places in & near New York City. It is called: "The Great Lakes of NYC"
Tell what you think about the blog.

I've been fishing since I was 5yrs old but only for 5yrs with one arm, since my accident. But I just use a standard fly rod. I could def make it easier on myself by using a automatic fly rod. I may look into it.
