If you try an Alexander Technique teacher, you might find out the source of the pain and how to live without it. It's awesome! They don't crack your bones or anything.

Alexander Technique? I'll have to ask some questions next time I see him- honestly I'm not sure what techniques he employs. Thanks for the tip.

They should give you a little more background into what it's all about. I've done it in the past, and I wish I could keep doing it! It's just a bit more exoensive than I can afford right now. But I definitely adhere to the pricipals involved as much as I can.

Even though I'm 'minding' my posture, I'm sitting at my computer at work and my ribs on my left side ache. Stretching doesn't seem to help- I wonder if this is just another part of having this injury?

Or maybe I just need to go see my chiroprator? = )
