I've never had surgery but from what I know, most people with OBPI have surgery when they are babies/children.

Might be something you want to discuss with your doctor.

I'm not sure how to buy the magnet ribbon. I got it at the UBPN Camp and I haven't seen it for sale on the website via the Support UBPN tab.

UBPN should offer a sticker alternative to the ribbon magnet for those of us who prefer to affix things permanently

I can't stick a magnet to myself, hy helmet or my motorcycle...so it would be nice to have a smaller sized version as a vinyl sticker.

I cannot stand using weights. I get too frustrated because I don't have the strength or stability in my arm to do it. I really enjoy swimming though, and I think it is a really good arm exercise.
