I use a foam roller and a tennis ball. I find that most of my pain comes from my muscles being tense. Using the foam roller helps to loosen the muscles up. Oh! I didn't know this stuff was actually available online. The links aren't very clear on the menu because there is a sub-menu for amazon/cafepress under it.
