Just thought I'd post an update. Mayo accepted me and I have my nerve study with them on May 13th, I meet their BPI team on the 14th, and tentatively surgery on the 15th. So extremely excited and grateful.

On it now! Already getting records from the variety of hospitals and doctors to send to Mayo- every hospital has the request for release of information and already triaged with Mayo. Found out my insurance (FORTUNATELY) covers Mayo as well.
