When I was injured there was very little being done for those with a BPI. so there was no referral to any specialist. There was no treatment for the depression I went through. The thing that bothers me the most is the number of people still riding motorcycle.
It appears to be a major cause of brachial plexus injury. I was told this by a surgeon after my injury in 1968!

I was injured by an automobile in 1968. I have not had much return from the injury. However, I have spent the last forty years living with this unique injury. see a neurologist. He can order an EMG to see if their is any nerve damage.
