i used to always get one arm... But i played baseball better than most people you just gotta show them up and you'll get respect. I also had some other names but i forgot them

Ya this has happened to me. But ive been using my arm more and its been getting alot better. Stretching always helps. Also don't lift too many wieghts.

You could always try a poncho. Your child will not be able to use there arm any how.
