- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: Second son, Cameron, left obstetric brachial plexus injury in 2005.
Primary never graft surgery at 3 months old at St. Louis Children's Hospital
and several rounds of Botox injections.
BPI Family & Friends Gathering 5/28
Hello All!
You are invited to join us at our Cameron's Smile annual bpi picnic on Saturday, May 28, 2011 in St. Louis, Missouri at Gentry Park from 11am-5pm. We will have bbq, games, and swimming at the Bridgeton Waterpark, which is walking distance from our picnic site. We will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks and everyone can bring something to share! Swimming is free for children under the age of 4, $4.00 for children 15 and under and $8 for ages 16 and over. This is for an all day pass.
If you would like to make a weekend of it, we can suggest discounted hotel rooms close to our location for your convenience!
